π’ Delicious & Creative Japanese Cuisine β A Yakitori Loverβs Dream!
My friend and I made a reservation in advance to try this popular yakitori spot β and wow, it was totally worth it! When we arrived, the place was almost completely full, buzzing with energy and the incredible aroma of grilling skewers. We managed to snag seats at the counter, which gave us a front-row view of the chefs expertly grilling over the fireβ¦ and oh my, the smell was absolutely intoxicating! π₯π¨βπ³π Plus, the lighting at the counter was so flattering β perfect for photos (especially for those of us who love a good food selfie β itβs like having a built-in skin-smoothing filter!). πΈβ¨ Every yakitori skewer we ordered was delicious, but the real standout was the Wagyu Beef Rice Wrap β tender, flavorful beef wrapped around fragrant rice with a crispy, slightly charred texture. The rice at the bottom had that perfect crispy layer, like a delicate scorched rice crust β sooo good! ππ₯©π₯ We also tried what I believe was called the Wagyu Yaki Onigiri Tower β an adorable, creative dish served on a small stone base. It had three delicate layers, with what seemed like a tuna-based spread in the middle, and a crispy fried base. The combination of textures was incredible β crunchy, savory, and utterly satisfying.
