Delicious Finds in Seattle!

1️⃣ Paik's Noodle 🍜 A restaurant opened by Baek Jong‑won, the celebrity chef and judge from Korean food TV shows. I’d been craving Korean food in Seattle and finally tried this spot. The menu focuses mostly on noodles, with some extras like sweet & sour pork and fried dumplings. We ordered two noodle dishes — no room for anything else because the portions were huge! The stir‑fried noodles had serious wok hei 👌 Total for two, including tip: just $50 — affordable and satisfying! 2️⃣ Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar 🦪 I’d never tried raw oysters before and was pretty hesitant when my husband insisted. But we went during Happy Hour — normally $43/dozen, HH price $27/dozen. The oyster varieties change daily based on what’s fresh. We also ordered geoduck sashimi — super fresh too! I asked for Tabasco on the side for dipping, and my first raw oyster experience was a total surprise — not fishy at all, just pure sweetness and ocean freshness 😍 #SeattleEats #KoreanNoodles #BaekJongwon #OysterLovers #HappyHourDeals #SeafoodHeaven #FoodAdventure #USATravel #EatLocal #SeattleFoodie
