Delicious French Restaurant in Palm Springs đœïžđ«đ·
On my second trip to Palm Springsâafter visiting Joshua TreeâI decided to try this popular French spot. Definitely make a reservationâit gets busy! French Rotisserie CafĂ© Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Flavor: 4.6/5 đ Escargots â The seasoning was excellent! đ Chicken Liver PĂątĂ© â The top layer of jam wasnât my favorite, but the liver itself was smooth like mousse. It has a natural liver flavor (I love offal, so I didnât mind it at all!). đ„ Build-Your-Own Salad â Butter lettuce with watermelon was a refreshing combo đ đ· Boeuf Bourguignon â The beef was tender and the sauce well-balancedânot too salty. đŠ Seafood Vol-au-Vent â The seafood sauce was delicious too! Overall, the main course portions are a bit smallâso Iâd recommend ordering a couple of appetizers too. Ambience: 4.4/5 The decor is lovely, though the crowd felt quite homogeneous. Service was attentive, but the food took a while to come outâwe sat down at 7:20 PM and didnât leave until after 9 PM. Have you been here? Whatâs your favorite French dish in Palm Springs?
