Delicious French Restaurant in Palm Springs 🍽️🇫🇷
On my second trip to Palm Springs—after visiting Joshua Tree—I decided to try this popular French spot. Definitely make a reservation—it gets busy! French Rotisserie Café Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Flavor: 4.6/5 🐌 Escargots – The seasoning was excellent! 🍖 Chicken Liver Pâté – The top layer of jam wasn’t my favorite, but the liver itself was smooth like mousse. It has a natural liver flavor (I love offal, so I didn’t mind it at all!). 🥗 Build-Your-Own Salad – Butter lettuce with watermelon was a refreshing combo 👍 🍷 Boeuf Bourguignon – The beef was tender and the sauce well-balanced—not too salty. 🦐 Seafood Vol-au-Vent – The seafood sauce was delicious too! Overall, the main course portions are a bit small—so I’d recommend ordering a couple of appetizers too. Ambience: 4.4/5 The decor is lovely, though the crowd felt quite homogeneous. Service was attentive, but the food took a while to come out—we sat down at 7:20 PM and didn’t leave until after 9 PM. Have you been here? What’s your favorite French dish in Palm Springs?
