Delicious Ramen in the Plaza Near UTC 🍜

Whenever I thought about eating ramen before, I would always go to those few restaurants inside UTC. 😄 But honestly, parking and then walking over was really a bit of a hassle; sometimes just finding a parking spot took a lot of time. 🚗 Later, I accidentally discovered this small restaurant in a plaza, and since then, I haven't needed to specifically go into UTC for ramen anymore! 🌟 This shop is called Ujin, located at 8935 Towne Centre Dr #113, San Diego, CA 92122. It's tucked away in a quiet plaza; the first time I went, I almost missed it. 😅 But once I entered, I was drawn in. The atmosphere inside is very comfortable, and there aren't many people—maybe because not many know about it yet? Anyway, every time I go, I never have to wait for a table, which is super convenient. 👍 When it comes to the food, I absolutely have to recommend their fried chicken chunks! 🍗 These chicken pieces are very large, extremely flavorful, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—eating them is super satisfying. The price is also very reasonable: 3 pieces for $6, 5 pieces for $9. I always order a portion to eat together with the ramen; it's simply perfect. 💯 As for the ramen, my favorite is the classic soy sauce ramen. 🍜 Its broth overall isn't too heavy or greasy; the flavor is just right and very comforting to drink. The noodles are also cooked perfectly, each bite carrying a light soy sauce aroma. If you prefer something a bit richer, you can try the Spicy Mushroom Pork Ramen. 🌶️ This one's soup is comparatively thicker, with a little bit of spiciness, and the mushroom fragrance is especially rich, pairing very well with the pork. My friend loved it from the first try! 😋 Overall, Ujin is a small shop worth trying. It might not be as famous as those restaurants inside UTC, but its flavor definitely doesn't lose out, plus parking is easy and there's no waiting. If you're also looking for a quiet and delicious ramen place, you might want to check this out. 👀 I've already become a regular, and I believe you'll like it too! ❤️ #RamenRecommendation #UTCFood #MustTryFriedChicken #UjinRamen #FoodDiscovery #SanDiegoFood #SimpleAndDelicious
