Tasting the menu, and the dessert was unexpectedly the best 🫨 Lark Restaurant, located on Capitol Hill, offers a tasting menu with quite decent dishes. Although the freshness wasn’t as good as I expected, the crudo and the final dessert were a real shocker to me; the dessert is truly Michelin-star worthy! 🤯🤭🤭🤭 However, there’s a slight downside – the main course of duck was a bit too tough, and the mushroom eel was quite ordinary.
