Delicious Thai-Vietnamese Fusion|Basil & Co

Recently tried Basil & Co in Diamond Bar — a solid Thai-Vietnamese spot with tasty flavors worth sharing! 🍜 Pad See Ew (Thai Stir-Fried Wide Noodles) Got it with beef — nice wok hei, noodles were perfectly cooked and not mushy. Slightly sweet and mild, not overly bold — more in line with American Thai style but still very satisfying. 🥗 Papaya Salad + Soft Shell Crab A standout dish! The papaya shreds were fresh and tangy, well-balanced in sweetness and acidity. The soft shell crab was crispy without being oily — together they made a refreshing, light combo. 🍢 Chicken Satay Really tender and juicy chicken skewers — not dry at all. The satay sauce was rich with a strong peanut flavor — delicious for dipping! We were three people, and with tip it came to just $90 — about $30 per person and we left full! A great find for Diamond Bar! 📍 23545 Palomino Dr Ste F, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 #HiddenGem #LosAngeles #LAEats #DiamondBar #RestaurantRecommendation #LALife
