Devoured the Most Delicious Beef Marrow in the Seattle Area

Went to play at Rainier National Park this time and randomly checked out a restaurant in Tacoma like opening a mystery box. It was incredibly delicious! Definitely the most flavorful beef marrow I’ve ever had. Here’s what we ordered: 🐮 Beef marrow šŸ• Pepperoni pizza 🐚 Grilled scallops šŸ” Deluxe burger šŸŗ Beer Every dish was amazing! The restaurant managed to bring out the original flavors of the food. The pizza crust had a rich wheat aroma, and the pizza itself was thin and full of flavor. Even I, who don’t usually enjoy pizza, found it super delicious! This beef marrow is worth driving 4 more hours from Vancouver to eat, haha. Paired with the perfectly toasted crispy bread slices, it’s like enjoying foie gras 🄳. The beer also had a strong citrus malt aroma that paired perfectly with the food šŸž. The burger’s sweet onion, rich beefy flavor, and mushrooms were a perfect match. This burger bun was also exceptional, the most aromatic bun I’ve ever had. Taking a bite, I was tears of joy. We were all discussing if this place is secretly a bakery, haha, with both the pizza and burger dough being so good, haha. The restaurant’s decor and service were both nice, and the surrounding area is great for a stroll. There’s the old city hall and beautiful little streetscapes, perfect for street photography ✨.
