Dine LA | KODO | Only Worth It for the Deal

KODO’s ambiance is undeniably stunning—serene, minimalist Japanese design that feels both elegant and immersive 🎐✨ Located in the Fashion District, the space is beautifully curated (even the restrooms are photo-worthy!). But… Friends had warned me about the underwhelming value—lots of style, less substance, and often leaving still a bit hungry. So I’d never really planned a visit until Dine LA offered a $75 dinner set—which felt like a fair chance to try it. The food was good—no complaints—but nothing truly wowed. Everything felt solid, safe, and… forgettable. If you’re curious, go during Dine LA for the deal.
