Dining at Celebrity Chef Edward Lee’s Restaurant 🍽️🌟

Just tried the acclaimed 610 Magnolia in Louisville, Kentucky — owned by none other than Edward Lee, finalist of Netflix’s The Chef Show and Mind of a Chef! Out of the five-course menu, three dishes truly stood out: the appetizer, the roasted quail, and the dessert. 🥓 610 B.L.T. (Appetizer) The ham in this dish was an absolute flavor explosion — salty, rich, and powerful enough to make your taste buds sing! 🎶🔥 🕊️ Roasted Quail My favorite of the night! Perfectly cooked with crispy skin, tender and juicy meat, and zero gaminess. The aroma was incredible — not oily at all. One fun observation: Do only Chinese cooks trim the ends of snow peas? 😂 I always thought leaving some fiber was a lazy (but healthy) habit — but Chef Lee’s version was flawless! 🍮 Dessert A sweet, melt-in-your-mouth finale that sent my insulin levels soaring 🍯💥 — so good it made me forget all my troubles!
