Dinner at Taos’ Creative Eatery “Love Apple” 🍎

We visited “Love Apple” for dinner tonight—a perfect cozy and creative spot for some post-game romance! 🏀➡️🍽️ We started with the Apple Quesadilla — a unique mix of sautéed onions, apples, and blue cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla. The flavor combo was surprisingly delicious and complex! 🧀🍎 Next up was the classic Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup. It stayed pretty traditional with a mildly spicy kick — just the way I like it! 🌶️🍲 For the main course, we had the Nut-Crusted Sea Bass with Blueberry Sauce, served with mashed potatoes and pecan-kale salad with a cinnamon glaze.
