🏠 This time, I booked a highly-rated Airbnb on Expedia—Old Taos Guesthouse B&B. ✉️ Although Expedia didn’t specify room types, I checked the B&B’s official website and found that the Sunset Room—the one I really wanted—was available during my stay. I left a special request when booking, and luckily, I got it! 🎉 🏜️ The Sunset Room features a beautiful traditional kiva fireplace. Lighting a fire in the evening made the whole space incredibly cozy and full of atmosphere. The entire guesthouse is designed in classic Taos style—thick adobe walls, rustic wood beams, and vibrant local textiles—immersing you completely in the Southwestern charm of New Mexico. 🌵🧡 🍳 Breakfast is homemade by the host! You simply write your preferred breakfast time in the booklet outside the dining room upon check-in. The next morning, you’ll enjoy freshly brewed coffee (with refills!), chilled orange juice, a fluffy muffin, and a savory veggie-egg-cheese pie made that morning. Nothing fancy, but a perfect start to a day of exploring! 🍳☀️ 📷 The dining area and garden are lovely—after breakfast, take a stroll among the flowers, snap some photos, or head out to explore Taos.
