Discovering Irvine's Super Popular Izakaya: Kappo Honda 🏮

Kappo Honda is a true hidden gem for late-night hangs and drinks with friends! Even at 11 PM, it's still buzzing with energy—and they're open till midnight every day! Their menu is impressively diverse: tempura, sushi, yakitori, main dishes, desserts—they have it all! 🍣 The sashimi is delicious, and for yakitori, I loved the beef tongue, chicken with scallion, gizzard, and spicy chicken skin. 🍚 The chawanmushi and fried rice were also seriously tasty 😋 🍤 We ordered the mixed tempura, though I personally prefer the tempura from Mitsuwa’s food court. Since it was our first visit, we didn’t get to try everything—next time I’d love to order more.
