DMV | 🍫 Chocolate Town
📍 Hershey’s Chocolate World Our school organized a free trip to Hershey’s Chocolate World for a spring outing. It has both indoor and outdoor parts, but unfortunately, the outdoor theme park was closed. ⚠️ If you’re looking to enjoy roller coasters, water parks 💦, or other outdoor attractions, make sure to check the opening status in advance! But the indoor chocolate factory is actually a lot of fun 🏭: 🎠 Chocolate Tour Hop on a small cart 🚗 (1-4 people per cart) to tour the Hershey’s chocolate factory. The entire production process is clearly displayed, from the raw material collection to the processing and packaging. At the end, you can even get free chocolate samples at the exit—perfect for kids and couples! 💒 Create Your Own Candy Bar Choose your favorite chocolate 🍫 flavors and toppings on a screen. After your ticket is checked, you can watch your personalized chocolate being made. The finished product comes in a tin box, and you can even design the outer packaging. It’s super cool! ♟️ There are shops both indoors and outdoors where you can buy a variety of chocolates, fridge magnets, dolls, necklaces, cosmetics, and more. I highly recommend the $1 strawberry chocolate—it’s incredibly delicious and worth every bite. If you love dark chocolate, don’t miss the special dark variety. For those watching their calorie intake, there are zero-sugar options as well (I bought a lot, and they’re all really tasty 🤤). For doll lovers, the sight of the cute dog dolls was irresistible. Even though I had a ton of dolls at home and was torn about it, I still ended up leaving with two big bags full of chocolates, dolls, and souvenirs 😅 (today’s empty wallet). #HersheyChocolate #DMV #PA #DMVSurroundings
