Don't Just Eat Chinese Food While Skiing in Salt Lake City! ⛷️🍜
I spent 9 days in Salt Lake City, and for the first 6 days, I stuck to Chinese food. Unfortunately, with it being Christmas, service was lacking and the food was just… okay—nothing special. Tried spots like Lai Yi Wan, Mom‘s Kitchen, rice noodle BBQ joints, and dim sum—all pretty average.😁👍 But today—I finally found a gem of a Thai restaurant! We ordered a few appetizers: curry puffs and fried tofu—both amazing. The standout was the Tom Kha coconut soup—creamy, fragrant, and not heavy at all.👌😍 For mains, we had drunken noodles and curry—huge portions and packed with flavor. The service was wonderful—it’s a family-run place, and their cute little son even came to pour water for us! 💧❤️ Hands down the best food discovery of my Salt Lake City trip. 📍 Aranya Thai Kitchen 60 E 800 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 #SaltLakeCitySki #SLCFood #SaltLakeCityTravel #ThaiFood #HiddenGem #FamilyRestaurant
