📍 Roux Seafood Restaurant I’ve been really into Cajun cuisine lately—those bold, spicy flavors straight from Louisiana! 🍤🔥 Craving it so much, I decided to try a spot near me and dragged a friend along for the feast. We ordered: Jambalaya – hearty and full of flavor! Shrimp and Grits – creamy, savory, and so comforting. Catfish Platter – crispy, well-seasoned, and delicious. My friend also splurged on a market-price lobster 🦞 ($30/lb)—just looking at it was satisfying!
