Driving 90 mph in LA Just to Eat at My Favorite Spots 🚗💨

1. JangTuh Bossam 장터보쌈 Ate here after watching Sigur Rós on a rainy night. Their pork belly is my ultimate comfort food ❤️. 2. Sichuan Spicy Bay As a frog leg enthusiast who’s tried them all over LA, this place is still the best! Pro tip: pack leftovers and enjoy them over noodles the next day 🤤. 3. Hengry Still haven’t managed to try their (stir-fried rice with fish mint) — it’s on my must-eat list! 4. KazuNori: The Original Hand Roll Bar Fresh fish and perfectly toasted nori 🤤. Several locations in LA, but the one in Marina Del Rey is right by the harbor — great for seaside views. 5. Gjusta The Salmon Roe Bagel and mushroom rice are both amazing. A perfect stop if you’re strolling around Venice Beach. 6. Marugame Monzo Their Ikura Oroshi Udon is mind-blowing at first bite (though it can get rich). Don’t skip the plum wine! 7. Auntie Qiu Kitchen Had a cozy Shanghainese meal here with James Wang. The soup dumplings were decent, but being able to eat and savory tofu pudding felt like a taste of home. 8. (3 Cats) No explanation needed — the bubble tea here is legendary. Their (rice wine cheese slush) is my all-time favorite ❄️. 9. TAKAGI COFFEE WEST THIRD Delicious pancakes and a lovely atmosphere — a perfect brunch or coffee stop. #LAEats #FavoriteSpots #FoodRush #KoreanFood #SichuanCuisine #HandRolls #LAFoodie
