Dumpling World in Everett, Seattle

A great spot to hit up before heading to Seattle Premium Outlets! It's about a 20-minute drive from the restaurant to the outlets. Nothing we ordered was disappointing—highly recommended overall 👍 【Shrimp Fried Rice】 Though it looks plain and pale, it's actually full of wok hei (breath of the wok) with perfect savory flavor and springy shrimp. 【Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)】 You can tell just from the picture how much soup is inside! They're so heavy with broth that they droop when picked up with chopsticks, and they taste great. 【Pan-Fried Buns (Sheng Jian Bao)】 Some say these are just pan-fried soup dumplings, and I think that's very likely 😆. They're also very juicy, but perhaps because of that, the bottoms were a bit soft and not as crispy. 【Three-Delight Potstickers】 No complaints here—delicious! 【Three-Delight Sour Soup Dumplings】 The filling is probably the same as the potstickers.
