Most attractions are concentrated downtown, easily walkable or just a short bus/taxi ride away (rides are cheap—single digits or low double digits 💰).🚗 Day 1: ⭐ Independence Hall + Liberty Bell + Visitor Center Independence Hall is the building featured on the $100 bill 💵. All sites are small—one hour total is enough! Pro tip: The visitor center has gorgeous souvenir magnets! 🧲 ⭐ Reading Terminal Market �🍎 A foodie’s paradise! Loved the lively market vibe—so many options to try. ⭐ City Hall 🏛️ Stunning at night! The lighting gives it a grand, mystical vibe. Went back during the day—just an ordinary building (maybe because it was closed on weekends?). ⭐ Mütter Museum 🧠⚕️ A must for medical/science enthusiasts! Features preserved specimens, organs, and medical oddities. (Warning: Might be too intense for kids!) ⭐ UPenn Campus + Lin Huiyin’s Former Residence 📚🎓 Explored the campus, picking out favorite buildings. Lin Huiyin’s old home is now a bookstore—don’t go expecting a historical exhibit. Day 2: ⭐ Eastern State Penitentiary ⛓️👎 Disappointing.
