07/28 I went to visit the Independence Hall, after our lovely visit and learning alot from it, we came back to the Visitor Center to use the bathrooms and continue our jorney. I was traveling with my Mom and My Son and Daughter, both under the age of 10, for safety purposes, they always stay with me and enter in the Womans Bathroom, this time we were just waiting inside the bathroom waiting for my Mother that was using the instalations. A lovely lady that was cleaning the bathrooms thought I was waiting and asked, I just updated her that we were just standing next to the sinks waiting for my Mom. A few minutes later, another Clerical Lady entered the bathroom and she was being rude with the innitial comment, she said "I think your son is old enough to enter the Man's Bathroom", I just limited my answer to a "OK!", she did not took it well and started to argue with me about the fact that my son was in the bathroom. Short story, I stand up for my family because I never ever let my son enter in the Men's Bathroom alone, he is joung eventhough he is tall and seems to be older, I did no used the Family room because my Mom was the only one using it, and I have to keep my family toghether. I don't know the name of this woman, but she was beyond rude and confrontational, and also disrespectul with my Son, pointing her finger towards him, honestly it was very sad her behavior. I spoke with a Guard but he just limited to give me a Phone number to call, my feedback is to adress this situation and even clericals should be a little nicer with people, and mostly because this is a Visitor Center and people should treat visitors nicer, and if you see a Momma Bear taking care...

I initially came into this respective Visitor's Center from the Autopark Garage oriented on the premises steps away from the historic Pennsylvania State House and was instantly met with awe with the contemporary fixtures and interior prevalent, in addition I was massively impressed with the exhibit, a testament to the anecdotal history of Philadelphia from the basis of numerous cultural categories, from the presence of the Crack of the Liberty Bell in 1846 to Food served in the American Revolutionary War to Clothing in addition to historical figures of Philadelphia from William Penn to Benjamin Franklin to Lucretia Mott and Alice Paul of the Women's Suffrage Rights Movement, which impressed me, considering my gracious historical interests and curiosity to learn about Philadelphia's Historical Significance.
Despite the fact that this respective visit was relatively brief, I was flattered with how impressive this historical Visitor's Center was during my visit, I will potentially return in the future to further advance my...
