Fuji at Ink Block 🗻 🥺 We’ve been to Fuji so many times—it used to be one of our absolute favorite fusion spots! This time, we ordered our classic go-to’s. The taste hasn’t changed a bit… but wow, the prices definitely have 😅. Here’s what we got: 🍣 Miss Waldorf & Prism Dream Sushi Rolls – A delicious mix of mango and salmon—sweet, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Fusion sushi hits different once in a while! 🍲 Wagyu Beef Clay Pot – As good as ever! The fried rice is super fragrant, and the wagyu is rich (though it can get a bit heavy toward the end). Better to share this with a few people! 🥗 Avocado Salad – MY FAVORITE ❤️！Crab meat, fish roe, cherry tomatoes, and avocado—creamy, sweet, and refreshing all at once. I’d come back just for this salad! Highly, highly recommend. Overall, still solid—but the value isn’t what it used to be.
