Eating Through Santa Fe, New Mexico 🍴🌮✨
Just tried three restaurants in Santa Fe, New Mexico—each with its own unique vibe and flavors! 🍙 Izanami Restaurant Located inside the Ten Thousand Waves Hotel 🏮, this spot offers a mix of Japanese-inspired dishes. The rice balls and lamb chops were pretty tasty 🍚🍖, and the sashimi was decent. But the hot pot was a letdown—just four slices of beef, a few chicken meatballs, and loads of veggies 🥬. Definitely need a reservation in advance! 🥟 Cafecito Their giant Italian-style dumplings (or “big ravioli” as I’d call them!) were delicious! We tried both the beef and chicken versions—yum! 🍛 The coconut-flavored dessert (see pic 6) was also a sweet, refreshing end to the meal 🥥🍰. 🍲 Modern General Feed And Seed We ordered the Pho-bole—it’s like pho but without the noodles, and it was surprisingly good! 🍜 Also got the curry chicken salad, but it unexpectedly came as a sandwich 🥪—a bit spicy but totally tasty! #NorthAmericaTravel #WeekendGetaway #FoodExplorer #SantaFeEats #LocalBites #TravelTips #USADestinations #FoodReview #HiddenGems #EatLikeALocal
