Edmonton Korean Food Exploration 🇰🇷｜Authentic & Delicious!

Just discovered this amazing Korean restaurant over the weekend! 🇰🇷 My friend's family are regulars here - they've been following the owner from the old location to this new spot. The quality has remained consistently excellent 😋 As a Korean-owned restaurant, the authenticity speaks for itself - during my visit, several tables were occupied by Korean businessmen enjoying their meals. Highly recommended! 🍽️ Must-Try Dishes: 1️⃣ Galbi (Beef Short Ribs) 🐂 Incredibly flavorful and tender - my son couldn't stop eating them! 2️⃣ Japchae (Stir-fried Glass Noodles) 🥢 The first dish to be completely finished - both kids loved it! 3️⃣ Bibimbap (Stone Pot Rice) 🔥 Traditional preparation just like what I've had in Korea - couldn't stop eating! 4️⃣ Korean Fried Chicken 🍗 We got the soy garlic flavor - perfectly crispy outside, juicy inside with that ideal sweet-savory sauce 5️⃣ Seafood Pancake 🦑 Solid choice if you like pancakes - packed with ingredients 6️⃣ Naengmyeon (Cold Noodles) 🍜 Not usually my favorite, but this was refreshing - perfect for hot weather 7️⃣ Spicy Beef Soup 🌶️ Didn't try this myself, but my husband and friend devoured it Compared to other Korean restaurants in Edmonton, this one stands out for its authentic, traditional flavors. Note: When I visited, they were short-staffed with only one server, so service was a bit slow.
