Egmont | New Plymouth (North Island’s "Little Mount Fuji") 🏔️

On my **third trip** to this city… I finally got to see the mountain in its true, stunning form! 😭 📍 Location: Egmont National Park, Mount Taranaki ⚠️ Super Important Nav Tip: There are TWO navigation spots — North and South! - The **North spot** is for scenic viewing (perfect for photos! 📸) - The **South spot** is for hiking trails (great for adventurers! 🥾) They’re close in distance geographically, but it takes a whole hour to drive between them. So **double-check your navigation destination** before you set off — don’t waste time going the wrong way! 🗺️ ⛅️ Weather Hack: ALWAYS check the forecast first! Sometimes even if it’s not raining, clouds pile up at the mountain top… and you’ll end up seeing *nothing* but fog. Trust me, I’ve been there! 😂 🏞️ P.S.
