Elegance in the Heart of the Farm | Seattle Food

The HerbFarm | Considered one of the most expensive restaurants in Seattle, located in a tranquil little farmstead between Kirkland and Redmond to the north. The restaurant is a resort, complete with a hotel and spa. All the ingredients are homegrown and seasonal. The ambiance of the hotel feels like it’s decorated in the style of the 19th-century Victorian era, very noble and a bit like the White Lotus Resort feel 🙃🙃 The tasting menu at the restaurant is, of course, a masterpiece, with all the plating perfectly matching the style of the establishment. Each person receives a name card, adding a strong sense of ceremony to the experience. You can choose to pair your meal with tea or wine; I chose tea. They have a wide variety of teas, with various herbal blends 🌿 that complement the color tones of the food. At the end of the entire experience, they gave me a little game card with some riddles, which was quite fun. The entire experience lasts about four hours, so don’t forget to visit their farm after you’re done 🌾🌾🌾 I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take photos.
