๐ England's Most Beautiful Countryside ๐ฒ Cotswolds
Located just 100 miles west of London ๐, the Cotswolds is a picture-perfect region where classics like Pride & Prejudice, Jane Eyre, and Downton Abbey were filmed. Strolling through its peaceful lanes feels like stepping into another era ๐. โก๏ธ Bibury Home to the iconic Arlington Row โ we arrived in the rain ๐ง๏ธ, which added a misty, magical atmosphere. Thanks to the weather, we captured the cottages without crowds! โก๏ธ Bourton-on-the-Water Quite commercial, but we had one of the best meals of our UK trip here ๐ฝ๏ธ. The scenery itself was pleasant though not extraordinary โ similar to waterside towns elsewhere. โก๏ธ Lower Slaughter & Upper Slaughter Lower Slaughter is like a painting ๐ผ๏ธ โ with a charming church and a gentle stream. Upper Slaughter is nestled on rolling hills, crisscrossed by water. Every garden is beautifully kept, straight out of a postcard ๐ฎ. โก๏ธ Broadway Tower Famous as the cover of Lonely Planet, but in person it was a bit underwhelming ๐ผ. Still a nice spot for countryside views. โก๏ธ Chipping Campden Known for its lovely thatched cottages that look like theyโre from a fairy tale ๐ง. There arenโt too many, and they line the roads โ so be careful while taking photos! ๐ธ ๐ Getting around the Cotswolds by public transport can be tricky. If youโre short on time, consider hiring a car or joining a tour โ a 10-hour day trip from London is totally doable! #UK #EnglishCountryside #TravelUK #Photography #Cotswolds #CotswoldsVillages ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟโจ
