Enjoyed a delicious Florentine T-Bone Steak

Probably no one has written about this place haha. 😻😻😻 When in Florence, I still wanted to try the signature T-Bone steak. I didn't want to go to the long queues of popular restaurants listed on social media, so I found a 4.7-star-rated small restaurant on Google Maps You can walk in, but if you book in advance on TheFork, you can get a 30% discount! - Bill🧾 : My friend and I ordered the signature T-Bone "Bistecca alla fiorentina con filetto" ("scottona femmina 22 mesi"), which is €60/kg. The minimum order is 1.2kg, so that's €72. We also ordered roasted vegetables (€7) as a side dish (I would recommend spinach or salad instead, as the roasted vegetables turned out to be zucchini, eggplant, and bell peppers). The restaurant also provided complimentary pre-meal bread.😍😍😍 - Steak: The waiter recommended medium-well, and the cooking was spot on. The steak had a thin, crispy exterior with a beautiful Maillard reaction crust, while the inside was tender and juicy. It was easy to cut with a knife and fork. We seasoned it with black pepper and sea salt and added a touch of balsamic vinegar. It was pure bliss! We also ordered tiramisu, which seemed to be made with egg yolks and was EXTREMELY delicious!❤️❤️❤️ - Total Cost: After the discount, the two of us spent €73.4 in total (including the side dish, dessert, and sparkling water). The restaurant also offers a €30 set meal that includes a 500g T-Bone, but this set meal cannot be combined with the 30% discount from TheFork.
