🌟Essen | The Winter Warmth of Colors at the Ruhr Museum🌟

🌟Thinking that the Christmas markets in the Netherlands are indeed passable, I discovered that several cities in North Rhine-Westphalia also have recommended Christmas markets (in reality, they’re all quite similar). While exploring the Christmas markets, I also visited the old industrial complex in Essen, which was a treasure trove for photography enthusiasts who frequently endure the bleak European weather. 🌟Ruhr Museum This old coal and steel industrial site, located in Essen, has been transformed from an old steel factory. The strong industrial vibe, combined with the warm glow of lights and the creative interior design, is highly eye-catching. 🌟Of course, I have a bit of a fascination with decayed beauty. These factory ruins with a history of just a few decades, not too distant, give off an illusion of past life memories, offering both a view from afar and an intimate exploration. 🌟Red Dot Design Award Here also lies the Red Dot Design Museum, one of the world’s four major industrial design awards. The unassuming Bauhaus-style building houses a Lovecraftian chill and gloom. The previous boastful line was borrowed from someone else, as the museum was closed when we visited, and we couldn’t go inside. #ArtAndArchitecture #EuropeanTravel #MyInterestFocalPoint2024 #MakingTheMostOfEveryWeekend
