Every Bite Bursts with Flavor 🥩

A friend recommended this Korean BBQ spot to me. I hadn’t had K-BBQ in ages, and since it’s all-you-can-eat, it was perfect for ending a day of road trip! 🚗 Actually, we ate at the Eugene location, but there are two in Portland too—they should be pretty similar. For BBQ, you can choose the buffet or a la carte. A la carte dishes are mostly $20-$30 each, and the buffet is only around $30. Besides BBQ, they also serve kimchi pancakes, beef intestine hot pot, beef bone noodles, and other traditional Korean dishes. 🥘 The BBQ buffet has three tiers—we picked the middle one, mainly because we wanted short ribs and beef intestines. Apart from meat, items like mushrooms, corn, and rice cakes are refilled infinitely. 🍄 All their meats are pre-marinated, so they’re full of flavor, and you can really taste the different seasonings: garlicky, sweet Korean-style, and even Cajun shrimp! 🦐 My favorite was definitely the short ribs—so fragrant! We got refills three times. 😂 The beef intestines, grilled until crispy, were also tasty, but I thought they were a bit unclean and too greasy. 🍳 There’s nothing better than gobbling down big bites of meat! 😋 #PortlandTravel #PortlandFood #PortlandTrip #DeliciousKoreanFood #MustTryKoreanBBQ 🌟
