This Vietnamese Restaurant in Portland Is Now on My Treasure List 🍜

I recently discovered a Vietnamese restaurant in Portland, and as soon as I walked in, I was drawn to its décor! The ambiance is especially stylish, with a perfect atmosphere, and the lighting and music are just right🎶. My friend and I decided to have dinner there, and every dish surprised us in the best way. First served was the colorful sticky rice cake, with a crispy fried exterior and a soft, sweet interior—each color had a different flavor. The side dishes were refreshing and perfect for balancing the richness🥬. Next came the stir-fried clams with freshly fried dough sticks. The dough sticks were crispy and delicious, far better than the frozen ones from ordinary Chinese restaurants! Dipping them in the clam sauce was simply perfect🦪. The rice noodle wrap with black pepper beef was also unique. The wrap was thin, filled with tender beef, and rich in layers of flavor. The duck rolls with mint and pickled bamboo shoots were a delightful surprise—they allowed the duck’s aroma to shine while remaining refreshing and appetizing🦆. Finally, the beef bone soup was unforgettable. The broth was original and flavorful, and the beef marrow was rich and aromatic, warming from the first sip🍖. The service was particularly thoughtful. The waitstaff kept refilling our water glasses, so they were never empty💧. Plates were cleared promptly, making the dining experience very comfortable. We ordered five dishes and slowly enjoyed them over two hours, chatting and savoring the food—it was truly relaxing😊. The bill came to $103, but the dishes we ordered were worth about $80. Considering the excellent flavors and service, the value was truly outstanding!
