Every dish is amazing! Katsu-Ya Seattle

🌟Finding delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine in Seattle is not difficult, but finding a place with a personal brand, with one branch opening after another, is what I’m recommending today. It’s the restaurant helmed by the master of Japanese cuisine, Katsuya. 🌟If you’re in Los Angeles, you’ve probably already tried one of the Katsuya group’s izakaya brands or Japanese restaurants. If you’re coming here, I suggest you skip the sushi rolls. I recommend trying their sushi or sashimi. If you don’t eat sashimi, you can try their Miso Black Cod, which is incredibly delicious, or you can order a bowl of udon noodles. 🌟They offer two types of uni: you can try the uni from Hokkaido or the Canadian import. I find the Hokkaido uni more delicious. 🌟As for their sake, I recommend the two bottles in the photo. They’re a perfect match! #JapaneseCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendations #MyTreasuredFoodCollection #JapaneseFood #SeattleFood #Seattle #SeattleEats #SeattleFoodAndFun
