Exceptional Staff Made All the Difference During a Difficult Time 🌟

I stayed at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza from July 1st to 2nd, and to be honest, I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. I was going through an incredibly tough period—without going into detail, I felt truly unsafe and deeply frightened. 😔 Jennifer at the front desk was absolutely amazing. 💖 She sensed that something was wrong and responded with such kindness and understanding. I've never experienced such genuine care from hotel staff before. She made me feel safe and looked after throughout my stay. In fact, the entire front desk team was wonderful—everyone was warm and welcoming. 👏 The hotel itself was also great. Everything was super clean 🧹, the room was comfortable 🛏️, and I slept well—something I really needed. But what really stood out was the location—it's so walkable. I didn't have to go far to find food or anything else I needed, which was perfect for me. 🚶♀️ I know this might sound like a lot, but this hotel was exactly what I needed during one of the worst times of my life. When you're facing something scary, having someone genuinely care for you really does make things feel a little better. 🌈 I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Boston, and I've already recommended it to friends.
