Exploring Southern France’s Museums
The Musée Fabre, A Blend of Old and New 🌟On my first day in Montpellier, I happened to pass by this museum… The next afternoon, I came back and spent about two hours exploring. The museum isn’t actually that large; at a normal pace, an hour and a half to two hours is plenty. 🌟There were groups of middle school students visiting that day. Several exhibition halls had staff giving explanations. As I approached, one of the security guards kindly gestured for me to listen in on the tour, haha. 🌟Personally, I’m more interested in vibrant, colorful paintings, and that’s mainly what I took photos of. 🌟Additionally, on the first floor and the basement level of the museum, there are many contemporary works on display, definitely worth a look 👍 Tip: Students visiting museums in Montpellier still need to pay a 6 euro entrance fee. #SouthernFranceTravel #SouthernFranceMuseums #MontpellierMuseum #SouthernFranceLife #SouthernFranceDaily #FrenchMuseums #FranceTravel #EuropeanMuseums #EuropeanTravel
