Pork Jowl – Later grilled by a Korean server—perfectly crisp outside, juicy inside, smoky and flavorful! At first I thought it seemed pricey and wondered if two meats would be enough—but don’t worry! With BBQ orders, you get lots of free sides: assorted banchan, salad, grilled corn, steamed egg, and more. Portions are generous—two girls couldn’t finish everything!
