Every single dish impressed us. We only tried it on our last day, which is a shame—if we’d discovered it earlier, we would’ve come back every day! Best Beef Salad ever 🥗✨ – Not your typical Thai style; it had a slightly Japanese twist. Unbelievably delicious—YOU HAVE TO ORDER THIS!!! I’m not exaggerating, it’s a must-try! Chicken Satay 🍢 – Forgot if it was chicken or pork, but it was slightly sweet and incredibly tasty! Pad Thai – Decent, classic version Grilled Steak 🥩 – Juicy and flavorful—highly recommend! Yellow Curry & Green Curry 🍛 – Both were rich and delicious! Coconut Ice Cream on Fried Banana 🍌🍦 – Sweet, crispy, and creamy—perfect ending to the meal! 2⃣️ Aurora Crepes & Peking Duck Didn’t expect to find such authentic Jianbing (savory crepes) and Sour & Spicy Noodles here—not even in New York! 🥡🌯 The jianbing was fantastic—crispy, filled with crunchy fried dough strips, and you can add various meats. The sauce was on point! The sour & spicy noodles were also seriously delicious—tangy, spicy, and satisfying! 📦 Delivery Tip: We ordered takeout from Bamboo Panda 🐼—you can place orders until 10 PM. Just search the restaurant on Yelp or Google Maps, check the menu, and call to order. 🍲 A Note on Hot Pot (No photo—it didn’t deserve one 📵): Even after days of craving something hot and steamy in the freezing cold, this hot pot was beyond saving. Just… don’t. 😬❌ 🚖 PS: If you need to walk more than 5 minutes in Fairbanks, just take a taxi 🚖. We once walked 15 minutes to a restaurant for photos, trudging through snow and ice ❄️👣.
