The portion is huge — definitely enough for two people to share comfortably 😋👫. The pork is stir-fried to juicy perfection, seasoned just right, and when you mix it all together in the hot stone pot with the rice, crispy bits form at the bottom… pure comfort food heaven! You can adjust the sauce to your liking, which makes it even more customizable and fun to eat. 🫓 Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon) Thick, crispy on the edges, and loaded with goodies 🦐🐙🥕. It reminded me a bit of a Chinese chive pocket, but stuffed with shrimp, tender octopus pieces, and finely shredded carrots. The texture is satisfyingly chewy in the middle and golden-crunchy outside. Dip it in the savory soy-based sauce, and you’ve got a perfect appetizer or even a light meal! ♨️ Soft Tofu Soup (Soondubu Jjigae) On a chilly Fairbanks day, this is exactly what you need to warm up 🥶🔥. The soup is packed with soft, silky tofu and comes with a raw egg cracked right into the steaming pot — just stir it in and watch it cook gently in the broth. She was kind and attentive when she could be, but since she was alone, we did wait a while to order and get our utensils 🥢.
