Fairbanks Food Review|Lemongrass Thai
Fairbanks Food Review|Lemongrass Thai 🍛✨ On our second day in Fairbanks, we continued our food adventure 🚀🍽️. We had two Thai options—Thai House and Lemongrass—and after comparing reviews, Lemongrass seemed to have better ratings, so we went for it! 📍 Address: 388 Old Chena Pump Rd, Fairbanks, AK 99709 ☎️ Reservations: Didn’t see an option to book on Google, so we just walked in 🚶♀️🚶. It was pretty busy when we arrived. 🌺 Vibe: Bright, clean, and cozy—very comfortable 😌 💰 Price: ~$65 per person including tip 🥣 What We Ordered: 1⃣️ Pad Thai + Beef — $18 🔥 The ultimate test of a Thai restaurant! Not too sour, beef was juicy, noodles had a perfect texture—not mushy at all. Well-executed 👌 2⃣️ Pineapple Fried Rice + Seafood — $28 🍍🍤 Tasty pineapple fried rice, but adding seafood cost an extra $12 😱💸! Flavor was nice, though the pineapple was a bit tangy. We packed the leftovers for next day’s brunch 🍱. 3⃣️ Lamb — $45 🐑 If you like lamb, HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🌟🌟🌟🌟! Not gamey at all, super juicy, grilled perfectly with a delicious glaze. No extra sauce needed! (I tried some other dips and my mouth was on fire 🔥😅) 4⃣️ FBI (Fried Banana Rolls + Coconut Ice Cream) — $14 🍌🍦 Crispy fried spring rolls stuffed with banana + coconut ice cream, drizzled with honey 🍯. Warm banana + cold ice cream = absolutely amazing! Must-order 🌟🌟🌟🌟 5⃣️ Thai Iced Tea — $4 🧋 Tasted like the bubble tea from my childhood memories 🥤💭. Not too sweet, not heavy—definitely worth trying! Overall, it’s amazing to find a Thai restaurant this good in Alaska! Nothing we ordered disappointed 🙌❤️. #AlaskaFood#AlaskaFoodGuide#Alaska#Fairbanks#FairbanksFood
