Fairmont Breakers—A Brand New Hotel in Long Beach! 🏨✨

Just spent two amazing days traveling from San Diego to LA, and stayed at this gorgeous new Fairmont property in Long Beach—it's only been open for about three months! 🎉 As a loyal Fairmont fan (I’ve previously stayed at the stunning Grand Del Mar in San Diego and the iconic Fairmont Olympic in Seattle), I can confidently say Fairmont never disappoints when it comes to exceptional service and memorable experiences. ❤️ We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at Nuttuno, the hotel's beautiful Italian restaurant led by an Italian chef. 🍝👨🍳 The dining experience was absolutely fantastic—the service was warm and attentive, and the table setup was so elegant and professional.
