Famous Thai Restaurant Jitlada in LA's Thai Town 🍛🌶️

Located in a small plaza near Thai Town, this spot can be tricky for parking during peak hours. They don’t take reservations—just write your name on the list at the door. Weekends get busy, so it’s best to go a bit early! The food is seriously delicious. We ordered five dishes: 1️⃣ Pad Thai – Perfect balance of sweet and sour. A classic that never disappoints! 2️⃣ Morning Glory – Stir-fried water spinach. Fragrant, fresh, and light. 🌿 3️⃣ Southern Halibut with Curry – The fish wasn’t super flavorful in my opinion. Maybe try something else! 4️⃣ Crying Tiger Beef – Loved this one! The beef was grilled perfectly, and the dipping sauce was spicy but so satisfying. 🥩🔥 5️⃣ Tom Kha Soup – Forgot to take a pic 😅 Creamy coconut broth with tasty mushrooms. So aromatic! Portions aren’t huge, so if you’re dining with a group, you can try more dishes. Flavor-wise, it’s great—though I still think Ruen Pair edges it out slightly for me. Will definitely come back to try more another time! Around $50 per person. Have you been to Jitlada? What’s your must-order dish?
