So incredibly delicious! π The appetite is fully satisfied, and the meat is unbelievably fresh and tender. The crab legs are flown in all the way from Norway β you can really taste the freshness! π¦ Even the crawfish are fresh (though theyβre almost out of season), and get this β they even devein the shrimp?! π±π±π± I was seriously impressed β not many seafood spots bother to remove the vein from every shrimp these days. That level of care says a lot about their commitment to quality! π The swim crab is packed with roe β it reminded me of Yangcheng Lake hairy crab, haha! π¦π To sum it up: the ingredients are super fresh, the flavor tops other restaurants, and the cooking time is spot-on, keeping everything naturally tender!
