Finally Tried This Irvine Mazesoba Spot π
π« The most frustrating mall in Irvine has to be Jeffrey Plaza (where 99 Ranch and Hey Tea are) β parking is a nightmare every time, and this noodle spot always has a line... π This time I went a bit earlier to avoid the rush and finally got my carb fix! Also found out you can order via π! π We ordered: Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba Mentaiko Mazesoba Hanabi Tofu The tofu was excellent β lightly fried with minced pork on top and a sprinkle of chili powder β super fragrant. The mazesoba bowls were huge and impressive right when served. They provide vinegar on the side to cut through the richness β sweet and tangy, perfect with the noodles. Thereβs even a second way to eat it: mix in rice at the end (free rice provided) β a carb loverβs paradise! The Deluxe version comes with extra nori and a soft-boiled egg. The Mentaiko one is creamier.
