Fine Dining in Park City 🏔️🍽️
Courchevel Bistro ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A lovely French fine dining spot. 🍴 Appetizer – Baked Brie The brie is baked inside pastry and sliced open tableside. Best enjoyed with crackers, jam, and apple—brie alone can be rich. Great for brie lovers, but portion is large so consider sharing! 🐟 Main – Arctic Char Bouillabaisse Delicious if you like salmon—fish was perfectly cooked and seafood in the broth was tasty, though the broth itself was a bit oily. 🍖 Main – Veal Chop Tender and juicy, served with foraged mushrooms—a unique touch! 🍰 Dessert – Baked Clafoutis The highlight of the meal! Like a soft, fluffy baked pancake with pistachio ice cream in the middle. Made to order—tell your server when ordering mains so timing is perfect. P.S. They add a candle if you’re celebrating a birthday! 🎂 Firewood ❤️❤️❤️ A bit disappointing for the price. Menu changes regularly (only a sample online). 🍖 Appetizer – Pork Belly & Yellowtail Pork belly was okay (sides were better), yellowtail was tasty. 🥦 Main – Roasted Cauliflower Gratin Excellent—charred flavor with tender veggies, well-balanced and flavorful. 🐑 Main – Lamb Tenderloin Tender, no gaminess—highly recommended for lamb lovers. 🍫 Dessert – Panna Cotta & Chocolate Gateau Not recommended… both fell short. Overall, the meal didn’t quite justify the cost. #FineDining #UtahEats #ParkCity #FrenchCuisine #FoodReview #SpecialOccasion #SkiTownEats
