The shrimp is firm and very creamy, like a rich salmon paste, accompanied by cute little fish roe and a tangy sauce, absolutely delicious. Reindeer meat has a very tender texture with a hint of spice. The sauce is quite salty and a bit gamey, but it pairs well with the creamy, slightly sweet mashed potatoes. It tastes like a mix of red wine sauce and plum sauce. I would recommend giving it a try, but the flavor is just average. The beef is okay, with a salty and rich sauce, and the crispy exterior of the potatoes is very good.
