First Meal in Rhode Island | Bee‘s Thai Cuisine
Came here right after arriving on the island—was super hungry and just stumbled upon this spot. 🥨The Chicken Madness minced chicken rice can be thought of as a chicken version of Thai basil stir-fry rice. 🥨The combination of fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar is classic but feels a bit standard; there's basil in it, but its fragrance doesn't stand out much. Overall, it's decent—a bit on the salty side for me, but it balances well when mixed with rice. 🍧The Garlic Pepper Beef was the one I preferred more—the beef had a good chew, was well-marinated, and served with lettuce underneath to cut through the richness. 🍧Though the seasoning is still fairly traditional, the doneness and portion of the beef were satisfying. Personally, I’d recommend it over the chicken. ✨All in all, Bee’s Thai is an affordable option that won’t blow you away but gets the job done. Especially for someone like me coming from a “food desert” town, having easy access to warm Asian flavors is already a win. #ProvidenceEats #ProvidenceTravel #RhodeIsland
