Fish Nude🌟

A Japanese restaurant I’ve been frequenting is located in Novoli, and I highly recommend it. Both the presentation and the sauces are truly commendable. The sashimi here is exceptional. They offer a wide variety, including salmon (which is very fatty), tuna, sea bass🐟, yellowtail, oysters🦪, and even spiny lobster. For nigiri, you can enjoy eel nigiri and torched salmon. The salmon nigiri is topped with black truffle sauce, adding a luxurious touch. But the best part, in my opinion, is their appetizers. The salmon tartare is beautifully presented with foam🫧. They also have carpaccio of salmon and sea bass, drizzled with a passion fruit sauce that’s incredibly refreshing! There’s also a unique dish: crispy nori sheets filled with cream, salmon, and black truffle. It’s very special and worth trying!
