Flora e Fauno

This restaurant is located by the Arno River in Florence. The decor is primarily in the style of an Italian countryside villa, exuding an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Wooden tables and chairs, along with handmade straw hats and lamps, create a comfortable ambiance. Although the menu selection is not extremely extensive, it still offers all the basic items. Whether you prefer seafood or meat, it can satisfy our diverse needs.😍😍😍 During this dining experience, I ordered the following dishes: **Tartare di Filetto con Tartufo Nero** 😻😻😻 Beef tartare with black truffle. The flavor was just okay, not particularly impressive. **Polpo Cotto a Bassa Temperatura** 🌸🌸🌸 Low-temperature slow-cooked octopus. The texture was tender and elastic, and this dish deserves high praise. **Spaghetti Tarte di Gambero** 😘😘😘 Raw shrimp tartare pasta. The shrimp was very generous, making it a very satisfying dish. **Risotto Pomodoro** Tomato risotto? The little one cleaned the plate, so it must have tasted good. **Filetto di Manzo alla Rossini con Foie Gras** This dish of beef fillet with foie gras had the beef cooked to a perfect medium-rare, with tender and flavorful meat. However, the foie gras was a bit too greasy, lacking a sauce to cut through the richness, which almost made it hard to finish. In the end, because I was too full, I didn't order any additional desserts. I just had a cup of coffee and the complimentary dessert, which was quite nice and not overly sweet. This is an introduction to all the food I ordered this time. The service was good, although the dish-serving speed was not very fast. A little tip: There is a **discount** when booking through **The Fork**. **Sunflower: Flora e Fauno** πŸ“ Lungarno Cristoforo Colombo, 1/3/5 50126 Florence FI **In Hotel Ville sul, Arno** πŸ…ΏοΈ: Parking is available on the street, but the hotel has limited spaces reserved for guests only. #FoodExploration #ItalianCuisine #SeafoodLover #HiddenGemRestaurant #Oysters #SeafoodRestaurant #Florence #FlorenceFood #Prato #Firenze #ItalianRestaurant #FoodieTips #NotebookInspiration #FlorenceRestaurants
