Florence Food - First Night

I initially planned to go to Trattoria ZaZa, but when I arrived at 7:20 p.m. and saw the long line, I immediately switched to Trattoria La Madia (I also made a reservation for the second night at ZaZa on the way).😀😀😀 I had seen many recommendations for Trattoria La Madia online, and it truly lived up to the hype. Both restaurants were great, and I enjoyed them both. The waiter at La Madia recommended a three-course meal: octopus salad, ❤️❤️❤️ lobster pasta, and seabass. After discussing with my friend, we decided to follow the recommendation. We ordered half a portion of the lobster pasta for 30 euros. Every dish was delicious, especially the octopus salad and the fish. The octopus was the best I've ever had, with a perfect texture. We even finished all the olives. The fish was served as a fillet with aubergine on top. The biggest surprise was the aubergine, 😻😻😻 which had a refreshing, slightly crispy texture. It was quite magical. The fish itself was also very tasty. Many Western restaurants claim to have great fish dishes, but often, from a domestic perspective, the fish is overcooked. This one was not overcooked at all. The only traditional aspect was the decision to leave the fish scales on, but everything else was excellent.🥩🥩🥩 #Florence #ItalyTravel #FlorenceFood
