The group also includes Trattoria Marione al Trebbio and Enoteca Marione, but this one has the highest Google rating. The interior is particularly vintage, and the menu offers authentic Florentine-style dishes. You can usually walk in without a reservation and find a spot. ćTARTARE DI MANZOćš„© This tartare is a Dish of the Day and not on the regular menu. Personally, I found it quite average. The meat wasnāt very tender, and the truffle seemed to be sprinkled on without much flavor infusion. I gave some feedback to the staff, who mentioned that the quality and color of the meat arenāt as fresh as in other seasons due to the weather. Iād recommend sticking to the menu items. ćFILETTO DI MANZOćš„© In comparison, the filet mignon was much better. Itās not the best in Florence (thereās just so much good food here!), but itās a solid choice. I also ordered spinach as a side, which was a safe and reliable choice. ćTIRAMISĆćš° Iād heard their tiramisu was quite good, but this piece seemed to have been in the fridge for too long.
