📍 Konnubio 🇮🇹 Found Konnubio on Guide Michelin, located in the heart of Florence. I passed by many times, but it only opens for breakfast and dinner, closed at noon. ✨ There are two options: Tasting Menu and À la Carte. The tasting menu also has steak, seafood, and vegetarian options. This time, I chose À la Carte to try more dishes that are not included in the set menu. 😋 **SURPRISE STARTER** A complimentary appetizer, a small yet exquisite piece of foie gras. The accompanying potato chips were a bit dry, but the foie gras was excellent. 🧅 **TARTARE DELL’ORTO** First time trying a non-beef tartare. It's very vegetarian, made with beets, onions, and egg yolk. The texture is quite novel. If you're curious, give it a try. It's a great example of Italian creative cuisine. 🍝 **SPAGHETTI AGLIO E PEPERONCINO** A friend ordered this pasta. The portion was small, but it was said to be very good, a crown dish on the menu. 🥩 **BEEF FILLET** The fillet steak, a must-order for me every time. The steak was a bit more cooked than I prefer (I like it medium-rare), but the crust design was absolutely amazing. It had lots of nuts and other ingredients, making it very tasty and highly recommended. 🧀 **CHEESEBOARD** For dessert, I ordered a cheese platter. The star cheese had a very surprising flavor. The rest were all delicious as expected. 🍷 **VINO ROSSO** The wine list here is also very good, with many red wines from Bordeaux, France. Highly recommended!
