Florence steak
We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. It was 5 p.m. and the kids were hungry, but most restaurants in Florence don't open until 7 p.m. After a quick Google search, we found this place with good reviews and already open, so we decided to go.๐ป๐ป๐ป The menu was quite simple. We ordered a steak, which is priced by the kilogram here. Typically, you have to order at least one kilogram of beef. Thinking four of us would be fine, we also got a pizza and a truffle pasta.๐๐๐ I'm not a fan of truffle; to me, it smells like bugs. However, the Alfredo Truffle Pasta we ordered was so fragrant that even I, who usually dislike truffle, enjoyed it.๐๐๐ The steak was exceptional. Florence beef truly lives up to its reputation. When it arrived, we were a bit confused because it was raw inside. Later, we realized the stone plate it was served on was hot. Essentially, we were cooking and eating it right there. It was incredibly delicious. One kilogram wasn't enough for four of us.โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ The pizza, which I didn't get a picture of, was average. It had marinated spinach on top, which had a sour taste. We all picked the spinach off before eating it. We also ordered dessertsโtiramisu and hot lava cake. Both were good, but the lava cake was particularly impressive.
