Tucked away on the west corner of Queen Street, the town’s main drag, this little restaurant doesn’t have a huge storefront, but its decor is sleek and minimalist. The menu changes often, printed on a plain A4 sheet with a small selection—but every dish has a unique, standout flavor. The mussels are plump and super fresh, and the bread—fried in butter—was soft, warm, and fragrant. So good I didn’t leave a crumb! 🍗 Duck Confit Gotta say, this confit duck leg might just be better than the mussels—total showstopper! The duck is impossibly flavorful, with zero excess fat. The skin is crispy and caramelized, topped with a sunny-side-up duck egg and a few asparagus spears. That rich, savory fat? Pure satisfaction in every bite 😍 đŸ„© Grilled Ontario Beef Ribeye One of the best steaks I’ve had at a Western restaurant. Huge portion too—even hungry guys will leave full! đŸ„Ș Lobster Club on Duck Fat Fried Sourdough Saw the chefs cranking out tons of these at the bar. The sourdough is fried crispy in duck fat, piled high with lobster meat and bacon. Word on the street?
